That's Right, YOU CAN Lead A Guilt Free Life And Be Free To Live The Life You Truly Desire!
Release the Guilt YOU
Have Because Your Overweight, Your Teeth Are Not Perfect, Your Not A Size 2, Your Not A Perfect Parent...
Seriously, what is it that makes you feel guilty. You know what I'm talking about. That little pit in your
stomach kinda guilt that just gnaws at you. The kind of guilt that wakes you up in the middle of
the night. That's the kind of guilt I'm looking for.
So what is it? What one thing makes
you feel so guilty that you wish with all your life it would just go away? Then ask yourself, "If
the "way" were dropped in my lap, would I grasp on to it for all I've got? Or would I simply
ignore it or perhaps even brush it away?" Hmm, which would you do?
What if I could show you a simple, effective way to melt your guilt away forever?
First I need to clear something up. And I'm going to be blunt and
straightforward with you. That's just me. Heck, I make Dr. Phil look like a pussycat! (just kidding) But this is not always
going to be easy, and at times you might even feel like giving up. However, I will be with you every step of the way, leading and
guiding you along a new and exciting path where guilt cannot even take root!

Gary's program has helped me more than any of the other personal growth/self help material I have read or put
together. Because there is no substitute for that personal touch, especially Gary's unique and intuitive touch. He always
seems to call right when I need to hear what he has to say. And he is always there when I have a question. He has helped me
stay focused and on task. I have read enough self help/personal growth books to fill a library, but never made any real
progress, until now. Gary puts the personal in personal growth.

Gary thank you for your coaching over the last 12 months. Things have progressed for me so quickly in many
areas and you often came up with just the right idea at the right time to help me see my way forward,
Thank you for your perseverance and patience and your living example of what you teach.
I was initially attracted to your authenticity and have found that I was not wrong in my judgment. I wish you well
and hope that we can remain friends as you move forward with your plans.
With sincere appreciation

Look, I know that's really what you want. The thing is you have been programmed by society to feel guilty about all sorts of things. For instance, we are bombarded with magazine covers, fashion ads, beer ads, car ads, you name
it. This one thing is used in so many forms of advertising that it's pathetic. Can you guess what it is?
It’s the message that YOU are fat and overweight!
What Message Are You Telling Yourself?
That's right, everywhere you look you see an ad with a slim, trim, "sexy"
model. I use sexy very loosely here because that is a very subjective word. What's sexy for one may not be for another. But, back to
business. Think about it. How many times a day are
you told by the media, by corporate advertisers, heck, even by your own family that you need to do something about your weight? And how many times have you looked in the mirror and judged yourself for being “overweight”?
And you see all this and what happens? You are immersed in a pool of guilt. Guilt because you don't
look like that.
That's just one example right off the top of my head, and I'm sure you can think
of plenty more. There are so many things we have been programmed to feel guilty
about. Avid churchgoers feel guilty if they miss going to church one Sunday. Others of us feel guilty because we didn’t do something that was asked of us, even though we really
didn’t have the time to do it! AGH!!!!
Why do we do this to ourselves?
Really, why do we do these sorts of things?

It seems like a million years ago that I met and began working with
Gary in his
incredible Manifesting Your Life coaching sessions. When in reality, it has been a year, and yet so very much has
transpired...as a result of his coaching.
Gary is calm, comical, grounded, committed and always timely
in his support. He gives just the right answer at the time it is needed
most.
Gary Glasscock is an incredible human being who has
chosen to support others in their life work. That makes us a very fortunate group
who can and do work with him. I appreciate Gary's support with his weekly one-on-one calls where he
answers a phlethora of my questions, and his constant and generous sharing of
knowledge.
Gary studies, reads, and grows himself while sharing this
journey alongside his students.
Thank you Gary for all of your assistance in making mine and others
dreams a reality.
You are deeply loved and appreciated, Happy 2008, it will surely be GREAT!
Infinite Blessings,
Joan Maresh-Hansen

The synchronicity and timing of each and every call and PDF was awesome and amazing.
You especially and the group were a wonderful support and inspiration to me. In fact this is the first time in my
life that I have ever felt so supported and cherished. This group became my extended family and I learnt heaps in every
area of my life.
It has helped me remain positive through some incredibly potential trying times like my health issues and pending
divorce.
This group
and Gary's coaching gave me the strength
and courage to take steps to move my life to a higher vibration and place and for this I will be eternally
grateful.
It also kept me accountable and helped me eliminate things that were not necessary or positive in my
life.
All the goals I set for myself I have achieved. My book Happy Socks will be completed by the end of January. My
health and my attitude have improved by leaps and bounds. I have learnt to focus on the positive and deal with issues I was
unable to deal with before.
I have attracted and I am still attracting wonderful opportunities and people into my life. My self confidence has
increased dramatically and this is reflected in my art. I certainly am more glowy with loads more vitality and
creativity.
This also
helped me grow as a person. Gary is a
wonderful coach and mentor and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is incredibly intuitive, loving and
supportive.
What else could anyone ask for?

The answers one gets to that question are as different as the people who provide
the answers. We all feel guilty at some time or another in our lives, and that’s
ok. It’s when you get mired in the muddy, nasty, smelly bog of self-punishment that is the
problem.
And that’s where I come in. This is
where I help YOU come to realize that if you would only love, respect, and accept yourself as you are, you could easily
lead a guilt-free life.
So now the question is, do YOU want to lead a guilt-free life?
What would that do for you to not be weighted down by all the guilt that smothers
you like the snow from an avalanche? Would it free you to be the “true you”? Would you actually be able to go after some of the dreams and desires that you have held on to for so many
years? Would you then be able to go on that vacation in Cancun as we have? Or maybe if you didn’t feel guilty anymore you could actually get that promotion you’ve been dreaming
of.
There are so many different ways that leading a guilt-free life can release you
that the list is almost endless.

In the past year, I've had some huge shifts in my mindset, some of the adjustments needed were difficult and
uncomfortable at best. I can't thank you enough for helping me to reorganize my thought patterns and teaching me to "pace
myself" thru challenges. You have been a Godsend, and I am seeing the results of our conversations on a daily basis as
these things come to pass. Sometimes I have to pinch myself, especially when I remember how dismal my outlook was just one
short year ago. I am more prepared for the challenges I face, and more often than not, I'm on the winning end of it.
I'm looking forward to the future, and I've accepted the past. Now it's time to "Get on with the Show!" Thank
you so much for helping me arrive here, and being a beacon for me.

But sit there for a moment and just ponder what it would feel like to FINALLY be
free from guilt. Really think about it for a few seconds. For some they might experience anxiety, because guilt has become such a part of their lives that they don’t
know what to do without it. For others, it would mean that they are at last free!
Will YOU Ask For More?
Ok, that’s enough from me and now it’s time for you to make a
decision. Do you want to lead a guilt-free life? Or
do you wish to continue wallowing in your guilt? I can only help those that truly desire to be
free.
So what’s it going to be? Are you
going to click away from this site, or are you going to accept my invitation and hire me as your Freedom from Guilt Coach? It’s all up to you at this point. Make the decision to change
your life forever, or not. You choose.
Sincerely,
Gary L. Glasscock, MCLC, MSLC
